Tricia is a socially conscious feminine hygiene and wellness business dedicated to combating period poverty and supporting young girls in our community. Our mission is to provide women with heavy periods with safe, hygienic, and environmentally friendly products, ensuring they can manage their periods with ease. According to Women's Health Concern, one in three women report having heavy periods, and at least one in twenty women consult their doctor about this issue annually. For some, heavy periods occur without a clear cause, while for others, they result from health conditions like fibroids, adenomyosis, or endometriosis.

Puberty can be a confusing and challenging time for young girls. At Tricia, we aim to alleviate the anxiety and fear associated with periods by providing a supportive and reassuring experience. Our curated first period kit is highly sought after by parents and caregivers for this reason.


Central to our mission is addressing period poverty. For every two dozen products sold, we donate one to a person in need, ensuring that more families have access to essential period products.
