Refund / Exchange


At Tricia, the health and hygiene of our customers and associates is a top priority. Most of our products are underwear and as a result, we do not accept returns.  However, for non-clothing items such as disposable pads, we may accept returns.  Goods in kits cannot be returned as this are bundled products.

1. Eligibility for Returns
a. The product is in its original, unopened packaging with the security seal intact.
b. The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Products Excluded from Returns all cloth products including period pants, period wear/apparel. ONLY disposable products such as pads can be returned and MUST be in it’s original, unopened packaging with security seal intact.


Return/Replacement


Order cancellations are not possible.  We recommend using our exchange process.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
a. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees (if any). Refunds may take up to [15) business days to process.
b. If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement product you would like, and we will ship it to you upon receiving the returned item. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Allow 15 days for your replacement to be processed and shipped- from the receipt of your returned item for Tricia to process your exchange.
Please note, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to Tricia; however, the replacement will be sent out free of charge for UK deliveries Only. Items MUST be to be ONLY disposable products such as pads can be returned and MUST be in it’s original, unopened packaging with security seal intact to be eligible for exchange/replacement.
Tricia is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back.
